Page understands business, people, and relationships. With her successful corporate background of more than 25 years in healthcare fund development, not-for-profit, and business consulting, Page is a talented Organization Development Practitioner and certified Executive Coach who quickly establishes rapport and trust, diagnoses the situation, and helps her clients meet their needs and reach their full potential.
Prior to consulting, Page rose through the ranks at Carolinas HealthCare Foundation where she served as the Executive Director of the Children's Fund overseeing all of the on-going fundraising, philanthropic, and development activities supporting Levine Children's Hospital and other pediatric initiatives of Carolinas HealthCare System. She worked with many Fortune 500 companies and her team generated over $25 million. She has often been referred to as the Rainmaker/Connector. Currently, Page's coaching and strategic consulting focuses on individuals, groups, and businesses including healthcare, physicians, and international executives relocating to the Charlotte area.
Page holds a B.S. in Administrative Management from Clemson University, a M.S. of Organization Development from the McColl School of Business at Queens University, and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching. She maintains certifications for the WorkPlace Big Five™& SchoolPlace Big Five™personality assessments and the Actualized Leadership Profile™ & Group Culture Profile™as well as a designation as a DISC™ certified communication coach. Page is a global member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of the Charlotte Area Chapter (CAC). Throughout Richard’s career with the top Fortune 100 company and retailer, his outstanding leadership skills propelled him into regional management positions across the Southeast where he was responsible for over $800 million in annual sales revenue. His passion for people fueled his success. Richard looks forward to sharing his extensive business experience when working with clients to achieve their highest potential.
Specifically, Richard understands the demands of the corporate sector. At Wal-Mart, he specialized in multi-unit operations, training and development, process management, strategy development and implementation, P&L and expense management, forecasting, budgeting, loss prevention, asset protection, and customer experience and satisfaction.
Richard believes in helping direct reports and enhancing their lives. He hired and promoted over 750 people into management roles. From finding the right person for a position to taking care of customers’ needs and satisfaction, Richard always made time to help teammates resolve problems.
In addition to his management and consulting roles, Richard gives back to his community by volunteering in youth sports and serving on boards including: Levine Children’s Hospital, Second Harvest Food Bank of the Metrolina, and Goodwill Industries. Richard holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from Southeast Missouri State University. Richard resides in Charlotte, NC, where he loves to play golf, travel, and spend time with his wife, two grown children, and one grandchild.
